KOA <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND SCHEDULE <br />Deliverables <br />• Response to comments from 100% PS&E <br />• One set of wet -signed Final Design plans in mylar <br />• One set of wet -signed specifications <br />• Final cost estimate and final quantity calculations <br />Final design calculations <br />Task 9 Construction Support (OPTIONAL) <br />The KOA team will provide construction assistance services during the construction phase, which may include <br />shop drawing reviews, up to five site visits or progress meeting, and responses to contractor requests for <br />information and submittals. KOA may also attend the preconstruction conference meeting (one meeting).
