AGREEMENTS <br />25A. APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH STANTEC TO <br />INCLUDE A CAPITAL FACILITY CHARGE STUDY FOR THE WATER AND <br />SEWER ENTERPRISES (NONGENERAL FUND) {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, <br />1 H) — Public Works Agency <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to amend the agreement with Stantec to conduct a water and <br />sewer enterprise capital facility charge study by increasing the <br />compensation by an amount not to exceed $27,000, for a total agreement <br />amount not to exceed $185,000, subject to nonsubstantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT. No. 2019-019). <br />2513. AMEND AGREEMENTS WITH PROJECT PARTNERS, INC., INTERWEST <br />CONSULTING GROUP, AND PENCO ENGINEERING, INC., TO INCREASE <br />THE AGGREGATE LIMIT FOR ON-CALL ENGINEERING, TECHNICAL, AND <br />ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 1C) - <br />Public Works Agency <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute amendments to the agreements to increase by <br />$500,000, the shared aggregate not -to -exceed amount to $1,000,000 for <br />Engineering, Technical, and Administrative Support Services, for the <br />remaining term of the agreement, beginning February 5, 2019 through <br />September 3, 2021, including the two-year renewal option, if needed, <br />subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and <br />the City Attorney with the following: <br />1. Project Partners, Inc. (AGMT. No. 2019-020); <br />2. Interwest Consulting Group (AGMT. No. 2019-021) and <br />3. Penco Engineering, Inc. (AGMT. No. 2019-022) <br />25C. APPROVE SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH MERCY HOUSE!. <br />LIVING CENTERS, INC.
