Opined community has been <br />marginalized. <br />• Marie Chevallier, supportive of Legacy Square project. Opined project will <br />provide supportive services to the homeless community. <br />• Nina Khiv, Nursery Director at Santa Ana Unified Methodist Church, <br />supportive of item. Opined community in dire need of affordable housing. <br />• Adiel DePano, Lead Pastor of Santa Ana United Methodist Church <br />supportive of creating affordable housing. Urged City Council to support <br />project. <br />• Doug Gillen, Chairman of Board of Trustee of United Methodist Church <br />opined project would benefit community.
