My main concern for this project is the size, density and incompatibility with our <br />neighborhood. I believe a major redesign of the project or perhaps a shift to alternate use would <br />likely find less resistance from our neighborhood. <br />I hear the word Nimby floating around a lot, we aren't opposed to development, I am in full <br />support of the Main Place Transformation, the OC Street Car, and many of the other wonderful <br />projects happening around our city.
