affect the ability to "maintain the values of surrounding properties" as stated in Paragraph 4 above and again, <br />this proposed zoning is in violation of the zoning goals. <br />Bottom line: Park Santiago property values WILL be affected negatively by the proposed zone change of <br />"Specific Development"and therefore, is in violation of the zoning goals and could cause a potential legal <br />issue. <br />I urge you to oppose the proposed project at 2525 N.
