To ensure that surrounding neighborhoods and residential streets are not <br />impacted by The Addington and its residents parking needs, several measures shall be included in the <br />parking management plan: <br />The Addington is overparked. <br />Parking is free for residents <br />• The lease agreements all state that residents must park in the parking structure and two <br />violations will result in an eviction. <br />There is no access to the project site via Edgewood, making it incredibly inconvenient for <br />anyone to park in the neighborhood and walk to the front of the building (located on N.
