He is <br />absolutely spinning half truths, skewing information in favor of the developer, and using pronouns of "we" during his <br />presentation. It is my understanding the city is supposed to present in a factual, unbiased way. He did not. He heard the <br />vote from the planning commission as a huge denial of rezoning and the project. His statements are maddening. He <br />works for the city of Santa Ana not the developer. Or has he been paid off?? He is talking about projections. 3000+ car <br />trips a day is significant and will impact the immediate neighborhood. <br />He says the rules for the acceptable traffic level was set in the late 90's and that's just how it is. Well the zoning was <br />historically set and "that'sjust how it is" <br />Please.
