Orozco, Norma <br />From: Cathy Morehead < <br />Sent: Tuesday, February 05, 2019 8:55 AM <br />To: eComment <br />Subject: Public record comments for 2525 Mian, Feb 5th council meeting <br />Dear City Council and City of Santa ana <br />as a resident of Park Santiago I would like to go on record that I oppose any <br />rezoning and all of proposed actions below. <br />FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT NO. 2018-01 <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT NO. 2018-01 <br />GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 2018-06 AND AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. <br />2018-10 FOR THE PROPOSED MULTI -FAMILY DEVELOPMENT LOCATED AT 2525 <br />NORTH MAIN STREET <br />STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 31 2 <br />Furthermore I would like it stated for the record that Staff intentionally <br />mislead the residents of Santa ana that the meeting that is being held on <br />February 5th had been canceled when infoact it had not. <br />Planning and Building Agency - Planning Commission recommended denial of <br />Development Agreement No. 2018-01, General Plan Amendment No. 2018-06, <br />and Amendment Application No. 2018-10 on January 14, 2019 by a vote of 4-2 <br />(Alderete and Benavides dissented; Cano abstained).
