Selling our public land will further contribute to the crises our <br />community is facing and dismiss the opportunity to create a healthier Santa Ana. Approving <br />this RFP would be in direct violation of the Surplus Land Act. <br />We urge that you not approve item 19D until you can present clear evidence to the <br />community that you will comply with the State of California Surplus Land Act.
