FOR GASBOY FUEL <br />MANAGEMENT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES {STRATEGIC <br />PLAN NO. 6, 21 — Finance and Management Services Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute <br />a five-year agreement with Gilbarco Inc. to provide maintenance and <br />repair services for City's Gasboy fuel management system for the period <br />of December 18, 2018 through December 31, 2023 for a total amount not <br />to exceed $38,170, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT. No. 2019-002). <br />25B. APPROVE LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HAIGHT BROWN & <br />BONESTEEL, LLP, RELATED TO ADMINISTRATIVE AND LITIGATION <br />MATTERS FOR GENERAL LIABILITY, PERSONNEL AND POLICE MATTERS <br />{STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 1,3,4,5) - City Attorney's Office <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute <br />an on-call legal services agreement with the law firm of Haight Brown & <br />Bonesteel, LLP, ("HBB") related to administrative and litigation matters <br />concerning general liability, personnel and police matters for a three (3) <br />year term ending on January 14, 2022, with an option to extend the term <br />for up to one (1) year, in an amount not to exceed $250,000, including any <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 11 JANUARY 15, 2019 <br />
