Adopt a resolution. <br />RESOLUTION NO 2019-002 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND <br />THE CHIEF OF POLICE OR THEIR DESIGNEE(S) TO ENTER INTO AN <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR'S <br />OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES FOR THE FY2019 URBAN AREA <br />SECURITY INITIATIVE FUNDING PROGRAM <br />2.
