Seconded <br />by Councilmember Sarmiento. <br />Councilmember Solorio, requested presentation from applicant. Expressed <br />concern over lack of progress. <br />Mike Harrah, President of Caribou Industries, provided City Council with status <br />update and project update. <br />Councilmember Penaloza, supportive of staff direction and expressed need to <br />move forward with agreement. <br />Councilmember Iglesias, echoed statements made by Councilmember <br />Penaloza.
