Carvalho <br />ACTING CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />Norma Mitre <br />Re: Extension of Agreement No. A-2018-008 to provide special legal counsel services <br />Dear Mr. Rarnricz: <br />Pursuant to Section b ("Term") of the Agreement No. A-2018-008, between Manning & Kass, <br />Ellrod, Ramirez, Trester, LLP ("Attorneys"), and the City of Santa Ana ("City"), dated January <br />16, 2018, the time period of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year <br />period, from January 16, 2019 through January 15, 2020. The insurance certificates must be <br />extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
