A-2016-239-01 <br />Contractor: CalOES/California Specialized Training Institute <br />Y <br />FEB 2019 ASAUA Training and Exercise Program <br />Change Order 239.01 <br />On this date, August 21, 2018, California Governor's Office of Emergency Services, on behalf of the <br />California Specialized Training Institute and the City of Santa Ana wish to modify the training courses <br />offered in Agreement A-2016-239, In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the <br />Parties wish to update the current scope of services to include additional training services offered by the <br />Contractor. Pursuant to the Change Order clause, (¶ 2) the City can modify the existing scope of work <br />for specialty and other ad-hoc training and exercises on an as needed basis. The modification requested <br />does not change the compensation and contract period terms outlined in Agreement A-2016-239, <br />The parties mutually agree to update the scope of services to including the following: <br />Course Title <br />Description <br />Discipline <br />TotalCourse <br />Cost <br />(Estlmated) <br />Essential <br />Using a variety of hazard scenarios and employing a <br />Law <br />$47,560.06 <br />Emergency <br />series of progressive exercises, this course Introduces <br />Enforcement, <br />Management <br />participants to key emergency management principles <br />Fire Service, <br />Concepts <br />and practices to build participants' capabilities' to <br />Wildland Fire, <br />operate effectively within a local, regional or state <br />EMS, Emergency <br />Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
