("Contractor"), and the City of Santa Ana, dated January 19, 2016, which was amended <br />on January 16, 2018 (A-2018-0I3) to: 1) increase the scope of services at City parks located in District 4; <br />2) increase the compensation to pay for the increased services; and 3) and to exercise the first extension of <br />the term from February 1, 2018 to January 31, 2019 the parties hereby agree to extend the time period of <br />the Agreement for an additional one (1) year period, from February 1, 2019 through January 31, 2020, <br />The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
