No. 2019-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />25D. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT ($140,000) WITH BENEFIT FINANCIAL SERVICES <br />GROUP FOR PLAN AND INVESTMENT ADVISORY SERVICES PERTAINING <br />TO THE 457 DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 7, 4} <br />– Finance and Management Services Agency <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an agreement with Benefit Financial Services Group (“BFSG”) <br />for plan and investment advisory services (“services”) pertaining to the 457 Deferred <br />Compensation Plan for an initial three-year term beginning March 5, 2019 through <br />December 31, 2022 for an annual not-to-exceed amount of $28,000, with a provision <br />for a two-year extension exercisable by the City Manager and the City Attorney for <br />an annual not-to-exceed amount of $28,000 for a total aggregate of $140,000 <br />(including extension), subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and the City Attorney (AGMT. No. 2019-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />25E. AGREEMENT FOR MAIL PROCESSING SERVICES WITH PITNEY BOWES <br />PRESORT SERVICES, INC. ($100,000) {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 7, 5} – Finance and <br />Management Services Agency <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute an agreement with Pitney Bowes Presort Services, Inc. to <br />provide mail processing services for a three-year period beginning February 1, 2019 <br />and expiring February 28, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $20,000 annually for a <br />total aggregate of $100,000 (including extensions), with provision for two, one-year <br />extensions exercisable by the City Manager and City Attorney, subject to non- <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT. No. <br />2019-XXX). <br /> <br /> <br />25F.
