AGREEMENTS <br />25A. APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH STANTEC TO <br />INCLUDE A CAPITAL FACILITY CHARGE STUDY FOR THE WATER AND <br />SEWER ENTERPRISES (NONGENERAL FUND) {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, <br />1 H) — Public Works Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to amend <br />the agreement with Stantec to conduct a water and sewer enterprise <br />capital facility charge study by increasing the compensation by an amount <br />not to exceed $27,000, for a total agreement amount not to exceed <br />$185,000, subject to nonsubstantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney (AGMT. No. 2019-019). <br />25B. AMEND AGREEMENTS WITH PROJECT PARTNERS, INC., INTERWEST <br />CONSULTING GROUP, AND PENCO ENGINEERING, INC., TO INCREASE <br />THE AGGREGATE LIMIT FOR ON-CALL ENGINEERING, TECHNICAL, AND <br />ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 1C) - <br />Public Works Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute <br />amendments to the agreements to increase by $500,000, the shared <br />aggregate not -to -exceed amount to $1,000,000 for Engineering, Technical, <br />and Administrative Support Services, for the remaining term of the <br />agreement, beginning February 5, 2019 through September 3, 2021, <br />including the two-year renewal option, if needed, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney <br />with the following: <br />1. Project Partners, Inc. (AGMT. No. 2019-020); <br />2. Interwest Consulting Group (AGMT. No. 2019-021) and <br />3. Penco Engineering, Inc. (AGMT. No. 2019-022) <br />25C. APPROVE SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH MERCY HOUSE <br />LIVING CENTERS, INC. FOR THE LINK SHELTER {STRATEGIC PLAN NOS. <br />1, 6; 5, 4; 5, 61 — Community Development Agency <br />Councilmember Solorio, supportive of item. Requested staff to present update <br />to City Council and community. <br />Acting City Manager Mendoza, provided City Council with program review and <br />update. <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to <br />execute a second amendment to the agreement with Mercy House Living <br />Centers, Inc., to authorize the expenditure of the second year contingency <br />in the amount not to exceed $250,000 for the Santa Ana interim Emergency <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 10 FEBRUARY 5, 2019 <br />
