(El Salvador Park), No. A-2008-290 <br />This letter is to acknowledge receipt of Crown Castle's written "Renewal Notice o€the above - <br />referenced lease agreement dated November 1.7, 2008 ("Agreement"). By this Notice attached as <br />Exhibit A, Crown Castle, as a successor -in -interest to T-Mobile USA, Inc., has exercised its option <br />to extend the Agreement for the first five-year term, as permitted by Section 7 of the Agreement. <br />Accordingly, the term of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional five-year period, from <br />September 21, 2019 to September 20, 2024. The insurance certificates are required to be extended <br />and/or renewed to cover this extension.
