("Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, dated February 7, 2017, the Agreement was extended on <br />December 6, 2017, for a one (1) year period from February 7, 2018 to February 6, 2019. By operation of <br />this letter, the parties agree to a second extension of the term of this Agreement. The time period of the <br />Agreement 1s hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period, from February 7, 2019 through <br />February 6, 2020. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this <br />extension.
