He has served in the capacity as an acting town manager and as a department head for departments responsible for Parks and Recreation, Community Services, Public Works, Neighborhood Services and Tourist Development. He has also worked as a private consultant assisting local governments. Danny now works for GreenPlay out of his Manchester, New Hamphsire, office. Danny is passionate about the Parks and Recreation field and each community in which he has worked. He has tailored his unique governmental experience to that community's specific taste, demographics, expectations and resources. Finding the balance between these competing interests is important for long- term success. The primary ingredient for that success is cultivating quality relationships with the stakeholders. The underpinnings of his management style are based on the beliefs that employees are the most valuable resource to an organization and that open communication and understanding are vital to the success of an organization.
