I. <br />II. <br />GENERAL <br />The CITY is inviting qualified firms to conduct a Service and Financial Sustainability Analysis including <br />an analysis of core services, pricing and provision strategies, cost recovery, resource allocation, <br />operational strategies, market analysis and working methodologies for the City -Parks, Recreation and <br />Community Services Agency (PRCSA).
