The estimated assessed value for the Individual tots within the <br />proposed subdivision will range from $650,000 to $750,000 for the total estimated value of $4 <br />million. <br />Concluslon <br />Based on the analysis provided within this report, staff recommends that the Planning Commission <br />approve Tentative Tract Map No, 2018-01 as conditioned. <br />32A-6 <br />
