Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute a <br />Reimbursement Agreement in the amount of $50,000 with Chick-fil-A, <br />Inc. for the payment of fees and costs related to annexation processing <br />incurred by Community Development Agency, Planning and Building <br />Agency, Public Works Agency and City Attorney's Office staff time, <br />consultant services and State Board of Equalization for the <br />Seventeenth and Tustin Annexation, subject to non -substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney (AGMT. No. <br />2019-033). <br />2. Approve appropriation adjustments.
