Certify the Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (SCH No. 2006031041) for the <br />Metro East Mixed Use Overlay Zone and Elan projects, make findings pursuant to <br />the California Environmental Quality Act, adopt the Mitigation Monitoring and <br />Reporting Program, and adopt a Statement of Overriding Considerations; <br /> <br />2. Approve General Plan Amendment No. 2018-03; <br /> <br />3. Approve Amendment Application No. 2018-06; and <br /> <br />4.
