Both relate to parking ratios: <br />Table B‐6 of the General Plan says that for District Centers Mixed Use and found require 2.5 <br />parking spot per unit. At 505 units this comes to 1262 parking spots. The developer’s proposal is <br />910 spots or a ratio of 1.8 per unit, and he thinks this is too high.
