Since the <br />last council meeting the current legal owner of the property, Jeremy Ogulnick, AC 2525 <br />Main St. LLC, for the 2525 Main Residential Development published their view of the <br />Sunshine Ordinance meeting held on November 15, 2017. Unlike the applicant for the <br />Hampton Inn project, Net Development Co., who choose to use a court reporter to <br />document their meeting, Jeremy Ogulnick choose to comment on their version of the <br />meeting. <br />The applicant did not meet the requirements of the city’s Sunshine Ordinance NS‐2843. <br />Which in part states, “The applicant shall also provide to the City a copy of the minutes and <br />the written record of, and response to, the public comments made at the community <br />meeting. The public input will be made part of the public record and included as <br />attachments to Planning Commission staff reports.” The applicant completed the meeting <br />and checked it off on their to‐do list. While the applicant provided the city a report, they <br />omitted questions by community members, and some of the answers that were provided <br />were never mentioned at the community meeting.
