The following public comments were <br />received. <br />Dale Helvig commented on the Analysis of Alternatives; facts and analysis not included <br />in the EIR; substantial evidence not included in the EIR; no other information provided <br />on the Build-Out Alternative; information is misleading. <br />Lisa Ganz commented on the cumulative impacts of other projects; some projects were <br />omitted from the report; analysis of Cumulative Impact was not sufficient; project <br />description and emissions report inaccurate; there are negative impacts on air quality; <br />project is incompatible with neighborhood. <br />Bill Bonnette commented on the parking shortage and air quality. <br />Mark Angell commented on the water shortage. <br />Darcie Cancino commented on traffic; report did not adequately address the impacts of <br />traffic through the neighborhood. <br />Patricia Coleman commented on the need for a geology report. <br />Chair McLoughlin closed the Public Hearing. <br />COMMENTS <br />3.STAFF COMMENTS: <br />Planning Manager Neal <br />Community meeting on the Red Oak Project on Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Latino Health <br />Access. <br />Community meeting on the Willowick Project on Thursday at 6 p.m. at Goodwill <br />Industries. <br />A-5
