PUBLIC HEARING - APPROVE THE HOUSING AUTHORITY ANNUAL PLAN <br />AND ADOPT A RESOLUTION {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5, 3} <br /> <br />At its regular meeting on February 28, 2019, the Community Redevelopment <br />and Housing Commission (CRHC) approved the recommended action by a vote <br />of 6:0 (Aguinaga, Garcia, Urzua absent) <br /> <br />Chair Pulido opened the Hearing.
