The proposed project conforms to all applicable requirements of the <br />zoning and subdivision codes as well as other applicable City <br />ordinances. <br />The proposed project will conform to all of the requirements of <br />the City's zoning and subdivision ordinances and all other <br />applicable codes. The proposed project conforms to the <br />Single -Family Residence (R-1) provisions of the zoning code <br />that pertain to lot size and width, lot coverage, parking, and <br />landscaping; by doing so, the project and the construction <br />within the project site guarantee conformance to all <br />development standards of the R-1 zoning district. <br />3.
