3.1.4. Market analysis and comparison of selected key services' fee structure, amenities and/or <br />qualitative experience. <br />3.1.5. Identify revenue enhancement opportunities including marketing strategies. <br />3.1.6. Identify a logical pricing model and methodology based on findings. <br />3.1_7. Identify the role of energy conservation and sustainability or "greening" of PRCSA as a <br />cost recovery strategy. <br />3.1.8. 'Develop ongoing evaluation methods to enable PRCSA to remain current, competitive <br />and viable. <br />3.1.9. Develop strategy for new and innovative revenue sources. <br />3.2. PROPOSER shall include recommendations to achieve financial goals within our current <br />infrastructure including: <br />3.2.1. Comprehensive implementation plan and action steps. <br />3.2.2. Ongoing evaluation methods to enable PRCSA to remain current, competitive and viable. <br />3.3. The final draft of the report will be completed with twelve (12) months of agreement. <br />4. Presentation Requirements <br />4.1. PROPOSER will be responsible for leading the following meetings; <br />4.1.1. Project Kick Off <br />4.1.2. Project Milestones <br />4.1.3, Preliminary Draft Submission Presentation <br />4.1.4. Final Report Presentation <br />5. Additional Comments <br />5.1.
