CITIGUARD <br />PPO 15728 <br />• if there is FLOODING, SMOKE, or FIRE evaluate the problem if needed call 911, evacuate the <br />building and notify the client and the office of CITIGUARD IMMEDIATELY. CITIGUARD has a <br />24-hour dispatch and supervision. <br />• Watch for the following <br />• Skaters or skate boarders. <br />° Headlights left on. <br />° Reckless or unsafe driving behavior. <br />° Consumption of alcoholic beverages or drugs <br />Fuel, oil and fluid leaks. <br />° Vandalism/Theft. <br />° Excessive debris. <br />° Pot holes. <br />° Broken hinges on gates <br />° Inoperative light (especially lights used for security) <br />• Note ANY suspicious vehicles: <br />+ Vehicles parked by fences, windows, or exits. <br />Parked vehicles with running engines. <br />• Vehicles with occupants who seem to be loitering in the lot. <br />• Vehicles that seem to be "patrolling" the lot. <br />° If there are gates and they are to be locked when you are on duty, check periodically that <br />they have remained locked. <br />• Record the vehicle description, license plate number, and the State of issue. <br />• If the Driver refuses to cooperate or cannot give a VALID reason for being there -ask <br />him/her to leave and then CONFIRM that he/she does leave, if he/she refuses to leave call <br />911 for BACKUP (If it is necessary). <br />° If the driver is present and asks for maintenance assistance <br />+ CALL FOR HELP - DO NOT HELP THEM YOURSELF.
