Carvalho <br />ACTING CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br />Norma Mitre -Ramirez <br />Re: Second Extension of Contractor Agreement No. A-2017-215 to provide landscape maintenance <br />services for District 1 <br />Dear Mr. Rocha: <br />Pursuant to your office's letter of September 1, 2018, wherein Priority Landscape Services, LLC, <br />notified the City that it had acquired Midori Gardens, Inc. and pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of Agreement <br />No. A-2017-215, entered into by Midori Gardens, Inc., and the City of Santa Ana, dated August 15, 2017, <br />the time period of the Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period, from February 1, <br />2019 to January 31, 2020, The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover <br />this extension.
