Exhibit A SCOPE OF SERVICES A. Provider shall conduct Art l Illustration / Jewelry classes for ages 12yrs and up. B. Provider shall teach such or similar classes (1) at the times below at facilities to be designated by the City or (2) on a schedule agreed upon by the parties for each class session or teen, including the location, specific days and hours when classes will be held, and holidays to be observed, in accordance with City's needs. Creative Drawing & Illustration In this class students will learn introduction to the principles of creating thumbnail sketches and subsequent line drawings in the process of creating a successful characters and composition. Including establishing value using only shades of black, and then using those shades to identify levels of detail in the composition, including vehicles, architecture and characters and determining the geometry of the process of defining proportion, the horizon line, the vanishing point, perspective and the grocmd plane, resulting in a series of sketches ready for further development. Wire Art & Jewelry Students will learn Wire Art, Basic shapes, Alphabet Letters (Cursive) 'Writing Names, creating wire jewelry and wall decora using wire pieces. An exciting introductory lesson in balance, spatial relationships, color, shape and form. Wire art that has been practices since the I 800's, And you can easily turn your hobby into a small home jewelry business.
