They Involve multiple agencies, organizations, <br />Planning Meetings, <br />and Jurisdictions and validate many facets of preparedness. FSEs often <br />Participants (4), <br />include many players operating under cooperative systems such as the <br />Facilitation, Hours, <br />Full -Scale <br />Incident Command System(ICS) or Unified Command. In an FSE, events <br />Materials, Site/Mgt. <br />are projected through an exercise scenarlo with event updates that drive <br />Locations, <br />$75,000 - $130,000 <br />activity at the operational level.
