to access the Software or Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for <br />compliance with local laws. Any provisions necessary to interpret the respective rights and obligations of the <br />parties hereunder will survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement, regardless of the cause of such <br />termination or expiration.
