Carvalho <br />ACTING CLERK Of THE COUNCIL <br />Norma Mitre -Ramirez <br />Re: Extension of Contractor Agreement No. A-2018-167 to provide landscape maintenance <br />services for Pacific Electric Park and Roosevelt Walker Center <br />Dear Mr. Noriega: <br />Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2018.167, entered into by Mariposa Landscapes, Inc. <br />("Contractor"), and the City of Santa Ana, dated June 19, 2018, the time period of the Agreement is hereby <br />extended for an additional one (1) year period, from February 1, 2019 through January 31, 2020. The <br />insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension.
