Holzer <br />Pursuant to Consultant Services Agreement A-2016-275 ("Agreement"), entered into between <br />Macias Gini and O'Connell LLP (MGO) ("Consultant") and the City of Santa Ana ("City"), dated <br />September 20, 2016, the Tenn of the Consultant Agreement is two (2) years commencing January 1, <br />2017 and ending December 31, 2018, with a one (1) year extension option exercisable by the City. <br />The City herewith exercises this option. Accordingly, the tern of this extension shall begin 12 a.m. <br />on January 1, 2019 and end on 12 a.m. January 1, 2020.
