PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY <br />PI-CA-004 - Primary and Non -Contributory Clause Endorsement <br />PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY CLAUSE ENDORSEMENT <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the following: <br />BUSINESS AUTO COVERAGE FORM <br />The following is added to SECTION IV -BUSINESS AUTO CONDITIONS, B. General <br />Conditions, 5. Other Insurance: <br />The insurance provided by this policy for any additional insured endorsement <br />attached to this policy is primary when primary coverage is required in a <br />written contract. <br />In addition, we will not seek contribution from any insurer when insurance <br />on a non-contributing basis is required in a written contract for any <br />additional insured endorsement attached to this policy. <br />For coverage to apply, the written contract must have been executed prior to <br />the occurrence of "loss." <br />This endorsement supersedes anything to the contrary. <br />All other terms and conditions of this Policy remain unchanged. <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
