This notice contains a brief <br />summary of coverage changes being made to your policy. It should not be <br />construed as replacing any provision of your policy. You should read your policy and review your Declara- <br />tions page for complete information on the coverages you are provided. If there is any conflict between the <br />Policy and this Notice, THE PROVISIONS OF THE POLICY SHALL PREVAIL. <br />This Notice provides information concerning the following forms and endorsements which apply to your <br />renewal policy being issued by us. The forms and endorsements may reduce or broaden coverage. <br />Should you have questions after reviewing the changes outlined below, please contact your independent <br />agent. Thank you for your business. <br />COVERAGE CHANGES <br />BROADENING AND NEW COVERAGE <br />Primary and Non -Contributing if Required by Written Contract or Written Agreement. <br />If an insured agrees to be primary and non-contributing in a written contract we will be primary and without <br />right of contribution. <br />Physical Damage Deductible -Vehicle Tracking System <br />Any comprehensive deductible will be reduced by 50% for a theft loss in which a vehicle tracking device was <br />used as the method to recover the vehicle. <br />Towing and Labor <br />Coverage for private passenger vehicles and light trucks is now $75 per tow. <br />CLARIFICATIONS AND REDUCTIONS <br />Audio, Visual and Data Electronic Equipment Coverage <br />Changes in format to make the coverage easier to read. <br />Waiver of Transfer of Rights of Recovery Against Others to Us <br />This coverage now requires the insured to have waived the right to subrogation in a written contract or <br />written agreement. <br />Rental Reimbursement <br />Coverage now requires rental of a comparable or lesser vehicle. The $500 in tools coverage and rental <br />reimbursement is excess over other collectible insurance.
