APPROVAL OF VARIOUS HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION <br />AGREEMENTS {STRATEGIC PLAN NOS. 5, 2; 5, 31 — Planning and Building <br />Agency <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute the attached Mills Act agreements with the below - <br />referenced property owners for the identified structures, subject to non - <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />25B. APPROVE AN AGREEMENT WITH GREENPLAY, LLC FOR AN AMOUNT <br />NOT TO EXCEED $76,998 TO EVALUATE AND REPORT ON THE <br />CONDITION OF THE PARKS, RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES <br />AGENCY {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 4, 1 D} — Parks, Recreation and Community <br />Services Agency <br />MOTION: Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute <br />an agreement with Greenplay, LLC to conduct a comprehensive <br />evaluation and report on the condition of the Parks, Recreation and <br />Community Services Agency for an amount not -to -exceed $76,998, which <br />includes a 10% contingency, for a term of one year to expire on March 18, <br />2020, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager <br />and City Attorney (AGMT.
