Agreements valued at greater than <br />$25,000 require approval by the Housing Authority Board. This is the same authority granted to <br />the City Manager by the voters through a Charter Amendment in November 2006. The authority <br />granted to the Executive Director requires the submission of a quarterly report to the Housing <br />Authority at a public meeting on all such agreements. The report is required to include the <br />names of each contractor and the amounts for each contract. There were no executed <br />agreements during both quarters 1 and 2, July 1, 2017 — September 30, 2017 and October 1, <br />2017 — December 31, 2017.
