Agreements valued at greater than <br />$25,000 require approval by the Housing Authority Board. This is the same authority granted to <br />the City Manager by the voters through a Charter Amendment in November 2006. The authority <br />granted to the Executive Director requires the submission of a Quarterly Report to the Housing <br />Authority at a public meeting on all such agreements. The report is required to include the <br />names of each contractor and the amounts for each contract.
