Agreements valued at greater than <br />$25,000 require approval by the Housing Authority Board. This is the same authority granted to <br />the City Manager by the voters through a Charter Amendment in November 2006. The authority <br />granted to the Executive Director requires the submission of a quarterly report to the Housing <br />Authority at a public meeting on all such agreements. The report is required to include the <br />names of each contractor and the amounts for each contract. There were no executed <br />agreements during quarters 1, 2, and 3, July 1, 2018 — September 30, 2018, October 1, 2018 — <br />December 31, 2018, and January 1, 2019 — March 31, 2019.
