EXHIBIT 1 <br />Exhibit B <br />Schedule of Performance <br />The Developer and the City will work on a Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) <br />and cooperate to process all necessary entitlements. The Developer and City will work to clear <br />CEQA requirements prior to consideration of the DDA by the City Council. <br />The Developer will fund third party consultant who will prepare necessary reports and studies as <br />required for CEQA clearance for the entitlements and the DDA. <br />Both Parties will use their best efforts to process the entitlements for the project as quickly as <br />possible. The schedule will be amended as needed to reflect status of process. <br />Performance Schedule: <br />• Second ENA on City Council Agenda for May 7, 2019. <br />• Upon execution of ENA, the Developer and City will work on the preparation of a <br />Disposition and Development Agreement. <br />• Within 30 days of the execution of the Second ENA, the Developer and City will create a <br />schedule for Public participation for the entitlement process. <br />2503=15 <br />
