C. PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE <br />Revision of the Homeland Security Strategy must be delivered by December 31, 2019 to align with <br />deadlines put forth by the UASI grant program. The City anticipates the final award of agreement to <br />the vendor on March 5, 2019. <br />D. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS <br />Proposer shall have substantial knowledge of the National Preparedness Goal, HSGP <br />program guidelines and requirements. <br />2.
