Notwithstanding Anything to the contrary In thia Lease; (a) all of the tights and options of Tenant that are dasedbed In this Exhibit ,T' (collectively, the "Options") are and shall be personal to dhe Original Tenant, are not transferable and may only be exercised by the Original Tenant (and not by any assignee, sublassee or other Transferee or Tenant's interest in this Lease), and (b) the Extension Option and Right of First Offer may be exercised only on the condition that, at the Applicable lime, the Original Tenant then oacupies the entire Premises.
