EXHIBIT I <br />W111117 nd„ <br />OPTIONS <br />This Exhilbit '9" consists of the following Schedules: Schedule 1-I" (Extension Opdoa[s]); Sehadate '7.2" (Additional Speea Opdon[s]); And <br />Schedule "7.3" (Delerminntlen of FMRR), all of which are incorporated herein by this reference. Notwithstanding Anything to the contrary In thia <br />Lease; (a) all of the tights and options of Tenant that are dasedbed In this Exhibit ,T' (collectively, the "Options") are and shall be personal to dhe <br />Original Tenant, are not transferable and may only be exercised by the Original Tenant (and not by any assignee, sublassee or other Transferee or <br />Tenant's interest in this Lease), and (b) the Extension Option and Right of First Offer may be exercised only on the condition that, at the Applicable <br />lime, the Original Tenant then oacupies the entire Premises.
