The Promises are substantially completed, and the Term shall commence on or has commenced on June 11, <br />2018 for a term of sixty (60) months ending on Jun 30, 2023, <br />2, Base Rent commenced to accrue on June 11, 2018 in the amount of $42,506.20 per month and as more <br />particularly setforth in Item 4 of the Basic Lease Provisions of the Lease. <br />3. If the Commencement Date Is other than the firat day of the month, the first billing will contain a pro rasa <br />adjustment.
