Notwithstanding anything to die contrary in drls Lease; (a) all of the rights and options of Twunl that are described In this Exlitbit "]" (collectively, the "Options") are and shall be personal to the Original Tenant, are not transferable and may only be exercised by rho Original Tenant (and not by any assignee, sublassee or other Transferee of Tenants interest in this Lease). and (b) the Extension Option and Right of First Offer may be exercised only on Ilia condition that, at the applicable time, the Original Tenant then occupies the entire Premises.
