Where existing light fixtures are reused, Lessor shall modify fixtures as necessary to <br />comply with all seismic guidelines. Lessor shall thoroughly clean fixture housings, <br />lamps, and fixture lenses. All lenses shall be free of damage and discoloration. There <br />shall be no visual discrepancy between existing lamp color temperature and new lamp <br />color temperature in each enclosed space. Lessor shall replace incandescent lamp <br />fixtures with new high efficiency lamp fixtures where applicable. <br />3.
