<br />describe (and state the Rentable Area ol) the portion of the First Right Space that is diem Available for Lease (the "Offered First flight Space,,), (b)

<br />available for delivery to Tenant, (c) state Landlord's determination of the economic teens (including the Base Rent, Boso Year, Improvement
